www.oldpressingyard.com is the website of two holiday houses on the white sands of Porthmeor Beach, St Ives, UK, facing the wide expanse of the Atlantic.

The beach is literally through the back door. The two houses are built on the site of an old Pilchard Pressing Yard in the historic heart of St Ives. They are surrounded by artists' studios and the Tate St Ives is only a short walk away. From the balconies, you can watch spectacular sunsets, surfers riding the thundering Atlantic swell and Seals and Dolphins hunting in the bay..
